CHARLOTTE ANN WILLIS

Charlotte Ann Willis- Wilson-Walker completed her transition on December 7, 2019 surrounded by love ones. Family that preceded her in death: her Son Steve Wilson who is waiting to receive her; Parents Steve and Pearl Willis, Two Sisters: Gene Monegain and Lena Walker, Four Brothers: Steve (Monk), Harold, David and Paul Willis.

After High School, Charlotte continued her studies earning a Bachelor’s in Communications. She worked many years as a Communications Specialist and Accounting Clerk.   Charlotte was loving, kind and full of life, often having a bible scripture for each of life’s situations. She devoted her time to volunteering at church and loving the neighborhood children as her own. She gave them a three-day celebration for her birthday, baking cakes, cookies and scooping ice cream. She would give you the shirt off her, and her husband’s, back.

She leaves to Celebrate her life, Loving Husband Doran Walker, Two Daughters: Jacqueline (Jackie) Wilson and Romonita Wilson-Bennett and her husband Jermaine Bennett; Two Brothers: James and Gregory Willis and their wives; and her oldest nephew William Anderson.

Six Grand Children: Steve (Joran) Wilson, Latasha (Monk) Jordan, Sharakis Wilson, Domonique Wilson, Jermaine (Buddah) Bennett and his special one Kennedy, and Journei Bennett. Seven Great-Grand-Children: Jashawn Jordan, Steve Wilson Jr., Emmanuel Thomas, Anthony Wilson, Quintin Ferguson, Staten Wilson and Jermaine (J.J.) Bennett Jr. She also leaves a host of Sister-in-laws, nephews, nieces, cousins family and friends. Charlotte leaves many people whom she considers family to name a few, Clyde Smith, Janea Giden Riley and her best friends Sherry and Mark. We are sending a special heartfelt flow of love to all the people touched by the life of Charlotte Ann Willis-Wilson-Walker.  

The life of Our Beautiful Wife, Mother, Aunt, Sister and Friend will be Celebrated at 2:30 PM on Sunday December 15, 2019  at Laymen Chapel CME 303 S. Kenmore St. South Bend, In 46619.
