Mr. Bryan (B. K.) Kuykendoll was born on January 27, 1967 in South Bend, IN to Perry Kirkendoll and Roberta Sharp (Harris). B.K. received his formal education from Shaw High School in Cleveland, OH; where he played basketball and ran track. His friends and family called him “B.K.” and "G pa”,
B.K. was employed many years with Memorial Hospital and often worked various jobs to provide for his family. Bryan was always in good spirits laughing and enjoying life. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends; Bryan was a Cadillac man and took much pride in his caddy.
On March 18, 2020, Our friend Bryan Kuykendoll rode out in his Cadillac in the sky, finding rest on the other side.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, Mother Roberta Sharp of South Bend, IN; five children: Bryan (Tivon) Griffin, Miyata Hicks, and Danille Logan all of South Bend, IN; Sharia Devese of Cleveland, OH and Miranda Johnson-Phillips of San Antonio, TX. Eleven grandchildren, Special Friend Sandra Kuykendoll and special Cousin Chaunte' Owens.
His loving siblings: Anita Hightower of Sacramento, CA; Bryan Kirkendoll of South Bend, IN; Zackary Kirkendoll of Jacksonville, NC; Rodney (Linda) Kirkendoll of Niles, MI; Stacey Kirkendoll of Mishawaka, IN; Cynthia (Malcom) of Kirkendoll-Thornton of Stockton, CA; Stacey (Donna) Kirkendoll of Dayton, OH; Crystal (JC) Kirkendoll-Cooper of Elkhart, IN; Regina Kirkendoll of Indianapolis, IN; Tyrone (Stacey) Sessom of Ft. Mill, SC; Brian Thomas of Flint, MI; and Minnie Thomas of Alabama and a host of family cousins and friends.

Private Funeral Service will take place at 2:30 on Saturday March 28, 2020 for the immediate family with a viewing one-hour prior. Services will take place at Laymen Chapel CME 303 S. Kenmore St. South Bend, IN 46619. Arrangements are Entrusted to www.BoydandSonFuneralHome.com
Due to the Coronavirus-19
The Kuykendoll Family and Boyd and Son F.H. request that family and friends visit during the viewing, but refrain from hugs, kisses and practice social distancing. The funeral service is private with limited seating due to the Indiana Governor Statewide Ban on large crowds. Public Heath is our greatest Concern, for that reason the Kuykendoll service will be Livestreamed/Recorded for those unable to attend.
