Cordero Cameo Love was born on May 10, 1992, in Chicago, IL, to Yalanda Sanders and Kevin Brame. Yalanda would later marry, and he gained a Stepfather Donnell Sanders Sr. He was Baptized at Olivet AME Church where he began his walk with Christ. On Sunday May 2, 2021 he gained his heavenly wings.
Cordero attended Washington High School and received his diploma. He was a hardworking, dedicated young man. He enjoyed playing basketball and exercising. Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls was his #1 favorite team. He would challenge anyone to a Spade’s game. He was a calm, goofy person who always had a smirk; grin or smile on his face. He enjoyed home-cooked meals, working and spent his free time with his brothers and other family members. He was a family man who loved being around family.
Cordero is survived by his Parents, his first love Cortney Tharp, his Children: Chyla Love, Calea Love, Jay’anna Pollard and Cordero Love Jr. Grandparents Eddie Evans and Karen Pinkston, Brothers: Quentin Brown, Aqondius Moss, Donnell Sanders III and Darvell Sanders. Aunts Janice Cothron and Javontae Hogue, Uncle Terrell Evans, Stepbrother Donnell Sanders Jr. and Stepsister Tequila Carter and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and close friends.
Cordero is preceded in death by his Great-Grandmother Eddie Lee Wills, Uncle Antonio Lamar, and Aunts Nakeda Lash and Qeeuntae Holloway.
Services will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Greater St. Matthew Church 2705 Marquette Blvd, South Bend, IN 46628 at 1:00 PM with a Viewing 1 hour prior. Arrangements are entrusted to www.boydandsonfuneralhome.com ​MASKS REQUIRED.
