Daryl Payne Sr

Mr. Daryl Payne Sr. Passed unexpectedly, as the result of a hit and run. Family is accepting prayers and donations during this time.   Arrangements are entrusted to www.boydandsonfuneralhome.com where condolences may be shared. Daryl Marcus Payne Sr. went home to be with the Lord on August 28, 2024. Daryl was born to the union of Nathan & Earlean Payne on September 4, 1970 in Niles, Michigan. Daryl was Known as a momma’s Boy, even though mom loved all her children, her and Daryl were like two Peas in a Pod. Daryl was a son, brother, father, grandfather & uncle, but most importantly he was a friend to many.

Daryl was joyful, funny and always the life of the party. He was also very creative which showed true in his many drawings and his artwork displayed throughout the community.

Daryl is Survived by his Father Nathan Payne Jr. of South Bend, IN. His brothers Nathan (Ingrid) Payne lII

of South Bend, IN; Mathew (Jennifer) Payne of Winona Lake, IN; His sisters Denise (Robert) Hunter, Nathania (Ray) Chatman both of South Bend, IN and Gwendolyn Garmon of Missouri.

Daryl was also survived by his only Son Daryl (Carmisha) Payne  Jr. and his only Grandson Jacob Payne of Gary, IN. A very Special friend and brother Terry Smith of South Bend, IN. His nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and love ones. Daryl will be forever in our hearts and deeply missed. 

He was preceded in death by his mother Earlean Payne and his Daughter Sahara Payne.

A memorial Service will take place on September 7, 2024 5PM at Laymen Chapel 303 S. Kenmore St. South Bend,IN. Repast at Boogie Down MC 1514 S. Main St. South Bend, In 46613
