Henry Curtis Sr.

Henry Howell Curtis, Sr. "Big Hank", 83 years old, passed away peacefully at home in Altadena, CA, surrounded by family on July 17, 2024. He was born on November 5, 1940 to Dr. Guy P. Curtis, Sr. and Joesphine (Harris) Curtis in South Bend, Indiana. He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and retired from Kal Kan pet foods after 35 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mildred (Pittman) Curtis, two sons, Henry Curtis, Jr. of Altadena, CA, Duane (Dianka) Curtis of Fort Washington, MD, Granddaughter Dina Curtis of Fort Washington, MD, brother Dr. Guy (Francis) Curtis, Jr. of San Diego, CA and a host of nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Woods-Valentine Mortuary 1455 N. Fair Oaks Ave, Pasadena, CA, on Friday August, 16 at 1pm.

A special graveside service will be held September 6 in South Bend, Indiana.
