Joy Lynn Hopkins

Joy Lynn (Faverty) Hopkins of South Bend, formerly from Knox, IN went to meet the Lord on

June 5, 2024. Joy was born December 23, 1973 in Knox, IN. She is the daughter of Dennis and

Alice Faverty.

Joy is survived by her husband John Hopkins, her birth children Amanda McKean, Stephanie

Hopkins-Faverty and Gabriel Hopkins-Faverty, her mother, Alice Faverty and her siblings

Kimberly (Dan) Miller, Michelle Faverty, Ann Hatter, and David Faverty. Joy is preceded in death

by her father, Dennis Faverty, as well as her grandparents, James and Margaret Faverty and

James and Alice Partozoti.

The family will have a celebration of life from 1-3pm on June 29th at New Hope Baptist Church in Knox. Arrangements have been entrusted to www.boydandsonfuneralhome.com  where condolences may be shared.
