WALTER EUGENE ARCHER III

Walter Eugene Archer III, transitioned at the age of 35 on September 28, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.  He was Born to Walter Archer Jr. and Judith Watts (Duke) on October 3, 1984 in Berrien Center, MI.  Walter received his G.E.D. after attending James Whitcomb Riley High School in South Bend, IN. He was a hard worker and was employed by Utilimaster as an electrician.  

Walter enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed traveling and putting smiles on people faces but most of all Walter’s children were his pride and joy. He leaves behind his Mother: Judith Duke, Special Father Figure: Glen Washington, Father: Walter Archer Jr,  Three Beautiful Daughters: Shamiya, Waltiana & Camari Archer. Two sisters: Angel Washington and Ariel Watts. Two nephews: Deandre Lee and Leon Burnett Jr. One Niece: Amarie Washington, Two Half Brothers: Cory Davis & Quinten Clark. Bonus Brothers: Alphonzo Sutherland & Dominique Wells

Paternal Grandparents: Yavonne and Walter Archer Sr.; and a host of Family & Friends.

 

He was preceded in death by his brother: Glen Washington Jr. and Maternal Grandparents: Henry & Julia Watts.

 

A Celebration of life will take place at Second Baptist Church 24828 Fillmore Rd, South Bend, In 46619 on Friday October 9, 2020 starting at 12 Noon. Viewing will take place one-hour prior. Burial Will follow.
